2. Transfer or back up of data includes:
   • Desktop, documents, pictures, music, videos, and download folders
   • Microsoft Outlook OST/PST file/s upon request (no guarantee)
   • Browser bookmarks/passwords upon request (no guarantee)
   • List of installed programs, printers, and networks
     • Does not include actual installed programs. See Terms
   • Best effort of all or partial backup or transfer of data will be attempted, but is not guaranteed.
   • Transfered data will be returned to original location.
3. We do not service computers running operating systems older than Windows 10, except for upgrading to newer operating system.

DIAGNOSTIC FEE

Computer diagnostics normally involve using software, hardware, part substitution, partial or complete disassembly, and knowledge accumulated over many years of experience.

Often times, the diagnostics leads to the realization that the cost of repair exceeds the value of the computer being diagnosed.

In this case, if the customer elects NOT to repair the computer, the shop still needs to collect the diagnostic fee for the time, effort, and experience expended during the course of the diagnosis. This fee can be applied to the purchase of a replacement computer if the customer elects to purchase one through Greeneville IT.

Greeneville IT support is provided to assist customers with technical issues.

We are not responsible for any damage to your computer system that arises because of advice provided by us. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Greeneville IT and it's employees from any direct or consequential damages resulting from any technical advise provided, including but not limited to: hardware or software failure, data loss, downtime, power failure, or viruses.

Anything you try on your computer, whether inspired by or in accordance with the advice given by us or not, is entirely at your own risk; any loss or damage arising from the use of our advise is your sole responsibility. We will not be responsible for any injury or damage, direct or indirect, arising from the use of our advise.

This covers most services that can be performed remotely, including virus removals and tune ups. If your computer won't get online and we have to come out, you get a discount on any field services we do.

Limited virus remediation means up to 2 remediations per month.

Once free remote support hours are used, each session is $5 per 30-minutes, paid in advance.
